1. Where does The Little Greene Farmhouse ship? Currently, we exclusively ship within the United States. We are unable to process or ship international orders at this time.
2. How long will it take to get my order? We value your time! Our standard process includes:

3. Is shipping really free? Yes! We believe in transparent pricing, so we offer free standard shipping on all orders across the United States with no hidden fees at checkout.
4. How can I track my shipment? Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Simply click the link in the email to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
Returns & Refunds
5. What is your return policy? Your satisfaction is our priority. You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. If you’ve made a mistake with your order, please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
6. What if my package arrives damaged? We take great care in packaging your items, but accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, along with your order number, to info@tlgf.store, and we will promptly resolve the issue.
7. How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method.

11. Why was my order canceled? To protect our customers, we reserve the right to review, hold, or cancel orders that appear suspicious or fraudulent. If this happens, any pending charges will be voided or refunded immediately.
